Re-Test to Refresh

Have your leaders completed LSI in the past but perhaps the busyness has gotten in the way of their development commitments and growth? It's a great time to re-measure and use this opportunity to build in some vital reflection around their 'Big Why', what is most intrinsically motivating to them, what is the impact of the changes they've made, are they on track with their goals and aspirations. Is it time to re-measure, reboot and revitalise development opportunities to "be the change you want to see in the world"?

In this session you will:
- Explore the value of re-testing
- Discuss when and how to re-test
- Share 'tips and tricks' around how to design impactful re-test programs

Online
When: Tuesday 28 November 2023, 12pm-1pm
