Remeasuring LSI – How to refresh development

Have your leaders completed LSI in the past but perhaps the busyness has gotten in the way of their development commitments and growth? It's a great time to re-measure and use this opportunity to build in some vital reflection around their 'Big Why', what is most intrinsically motivating to them, what is the impact of the changes they've made, are they on track with their goals and aspirations. Is it time to re-measure, reboot and revitalise development opportunities to "be the change you want to see in the world"?

Deep Dive into the Approval Style

The Approval style reflects a need to be accepted and a tendency to tie one’s self worth to being liked by others. Join us to explore the downside of this style and top tips and tricks to reduce and energise the constructive styles.

In this session you will:
- Discuss how this style may come across
- Explore the payoff and tradeoff of this style
- Reflect on what strategies and coaching helps to boost this style
