Developing a culture of success - an overview

Developing leaders, teams, and a constructive culture enables organisations to build engagement, innovation, and sustainable performance. Join us for this complimentary virtual information session facilitated by Carina Hull to share the Human Synergistics difference and integrated approach to sustainable business success. This event will focus on what you can do before and after running a culture survey to ensuring long term organisational development and change. Including insights into developing leaders in your organisation along with how to develop a culture of innovation and how to build internal capability through our accreditation programmes.

At the end of this event, you will understand how our diagnostics and our tailored approach create sustainable change and enhanced performance for your people and your business. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and gain insights.

Connect & learn: Super charge your team effectiveness using real-time GSI

Attend this Connect & Learn session facilitated by Carina Hull and Justine Farrington to learn how to use real-time GSI (Group styles inventory) to super charge your team’s effectiveness. In this session we will discuss the mindset and framework to successfully build a high performing team. We will share with your how to use the real-time GSI tool and also understand the insights into how to effectively move your team towards high performance.

Attend this session to
• Gain a practical understanding of how real-time GSI can be used for your teams
• Understand how to effectively move your team towards high performance
• Reflect on what you and your teams can do more of/less of to become more effective
We will be sending some pre-work and reflections for you to complete prior to the session so we can maximise the time together.
