Becoming Accredited

Becoming Accredited

Our mission is to Change the World – One Organisation at a Time® – but we can’t do it alone! We need your help to develop individuals, grow leaders, build teams and create constructive cultures.

What is the purpose of accreditation?

To provide you with the knowledge and experiences to confidently use our tools with your clients. We want to develop proficient and licensed practitioners who are capable of assisting their clients achieve personal and professional value.

So what’s involved?

The visual map below shows each stage in our accreditation process. Our Accreditation Workshops are held in person and involves a 2 day ‘Foundations Workshop’ and a further 2 day ‘Technical Workshop’, usually held one month apart. Further details on the overall process are set out in the diagram below:

Develop your skills further…

Once you have attended the Accreditation Workshops, you will have access to an Accredited Practitioner Portal where you will be able to access our wide range of practical, multi-media resources to support your development in using our tools. These resources can provide helpful guidance in debriefing and coaching your initial few clients as you take them through our HSNZ coaching model.

To further your learning and keep up with our network of Accredited Practitioners, we strongly encourage you to attend our Connect & Learn Professional Development Sessions, facilitated by our HSNZ Senior Consultant, Justine Farrington. You can access our Professional Development Calendar here.
