How it works
LSI + offers the opportunity to elevate understanding by receiving personalised narrative on the thinking and behavioural styles that are promoting or hindering effectiveness and performance. The LSI + is a valuable add-on to existing reports, by providing a unique blend of quantitative and qualitative feedback, to offer leaders a deeper understanding of their profiles and growth opportunities.
It includes the addition of:
Self (LSI 1 +) and / or Others (LSI 2 +) Perception summary narrative
Self (LSI 1 +) or Others (LSI 2 +) Perception detailed narrative, including:
- Impact on Task Accomplishment
- Impact on Teamwork
- Suggestions for Development
Paired with a comprehensive debrief from an Accredited Practitioner, the LSI + promises a rich developmental journey through the Life Styles Inventoryâ„¢.

Make the LSI part of your drive for change
The LSI is best applied by people who’ve been trained to use it. We offer two options:
- A trained and experienced Human Synergistics consultant can help you to use the LSI and implement the change you seek. Simply contact us to find a consultant who’s right for you.
- You can ‘do it yourself’ by arranging LSI accreditation for one or more members of your team. This will ensure they have the skills to administer the LSI and implement meaningful improvement strategies. To get started, register for an accreditation workshop.
