The Culture Science Cards™ Master Facilitation Programme is an intensive, high-impact training designed for Leadership coaches, Team facilitators, HR, OD, and L&D professionals, Internal change agents. You’ll learn how to use the Culture Science Cards™ to help teams define clear, behaviour-based working principles, surface and shift hidden cultural dynamics, create genuine buy-in and ownership, and build a culture that supports collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Join Neil McGregor for an immersive three-day Culture Master Class designed for leaders and practitioners ready to take their understanding of organisational culture to the next level.
Using the Organisational Culture Inventory® (OCI) and Organisational Effectiveness Inventory® (OEI), this hands-on workshop will help you diagnose, interpret, and influence culture in a way that drives measurable change. Through real-world examples and practical exercises, Neil will guide you in exploring how leadership, systems, and behaviours interact and how to align them to create a more constructive, high-performance environment.
In this workshop, you will:
- Deepen your understanding of the OCI and OEI frameworks and how they work together
- Practise interpreting culture data to uncover root causes and leverage points for change
