Kickstart Changeâ„¢ Accreditation
This immersive, hands-on experience is designed to equip leaders, HR practitioners, and change champions with the practical tools they need to drive real, human-centred transformation. Powered by ExperiencePoint’s globally recognised methodology, this workshop blends design thinking, change science, and experiential learning to help participants understand what truly enables behaviour change in modern organisations. Participants will first attend the morning workshop, included in the registration fee, which provides the foundational concepts, tools, and practical context needed to successfully move into the afternoon accreditation session.

Delivered by Darren Levy, the afternoon accreditation deepens your capability to confidently facilitate the Kick-Start Change approach within your own organisation or clients. You will walk away with certification, a suite of tools and templates, and the facilitation techniques needed to turn ideas into action, align teams quickly, and build momentum for change. Whether you’re reshaping strategy, shifting culture, or rolling out new ways of working, this accreditation provides a robust, practical framework to create meaningful impact from day one.

Using the Organisational Culture Inventory® (OCI) and Organisational Effectiveness Inventory® (OEI), this hands-on workshop will help you diagnose, interpret, and influence culture in a way that drives measurable change. Through real-world examples and practical exercises, Neil will guide you in exploring how leadership, systems, and behaviours interact and how to align them to create a more constructive, high-performance environment.
