Accreditation in the Group Styles Inventory (GSI) and the High Performance Teams (HPT) Framework offers a powerful suite of tools for developing high-performing, collaborative teams. The HPT Framework integrates proven methodologies to analyse and improve organisational and individual performance by addressing the root causes of performance gaps in teams.
The Accreditation includes interactive elements such as the Exercise Coach, a dynamic tool that challenges participants to apply the learned skills in real-time scenarios, along with Survival Simulations that engage participants in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. These practical experiences are complemented by the Constructive Conversations process, which equips leaders and teams with the ability to foster meaningful, solution-focused dialogues.
Perfect for consultants, trainers, and managers who are serious about developing team effectiveness, this accreditation ensures you have the tools to guide teams through challenges and towards cohesive, high-performance outcomes.
