Life Styles InventoryTM & Group Styles InventoryTM Workshop (Foundation Accreditation)

Your accreditation journey starts here. Learn how to use the Life Styles Inventoryâ„¢ (LSI) during a personal development coaching conversation and how to use the Group Styles Inventoryâ„¢ (GSI) to develop Constructive team behaviours.

The LSI/GSI accreditation consists of two two-day workshops and a final recall day. The first workshop is to experience the diagnostics and you will receive your own LSI feedback report. In the second workshop you will practise with real data from a chosen client. You will also learn the technical ins and outs to get the most out of the reports and handle any questions. To complete the accreditation, you will present back on the recall day to our facilitators about debriefs you have completed and clear up any questions you might have.

Impact Workshops

Building on the foundation Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI)/Group Styles Inventory™ (GSI) accreditation, Impact examines the behaviours that leaders and managers cause in the people around them. Leadership/Impact® is geared towards the people in the organisation who set the strategy for the business. Management/Impact™ is geared towards the managers of the teams who execute the strategy.

L/I and M/I are two separate one-day accreditation workshops, although they are run on consecutive days and we recommend completing both accreditations.

These workshops require practitioners to have completed the foundation LSI/GSI accreditation.

Culture Workshop

Organisations are constantly sending explicit and implicit messages about how people are expected to behave. You’ll build on top of your knowledge from the Life Styles Inventoryâ„¢/Group Styles Inventoryâ„¢ accreditation by putting the same Circumplex into an organisational context. You’ll learn about what causes the culture to be the way it is, and what results come from different kinds of cultures. Knowing what causes the culture will enable you to tweak those factors to shape the culture in the desired ways.

Culture accreditation is three continuous days. You will use real data from your own or client organisation to make the learning practical.
