The 2010 New Zealand Conference on Culture and Leadership, presented by
organisational transformation experts, Human Synergistics, will explore the
significant cultural impact that New Zealand's leaders have on their
organisations, and how this impact ultimately shapes company
performance in both times of stability
and volatility.
The conference will look at three leadership themes:
- The critical role of leaders in shaping performance
- Becoming a leader with IMPACT
- The state of leadership in New Zealand
