Staying Accredited

All Accredited Practitioners must abide by the Guidelines for Professional and Ethical Conduct. In addition, there are different Re-Accreditation requirements for Accredited Practitioners based on the tools they are currently accredited in.

Human Synergistics Accredited Practitioner Requirements

Professional Indemnity Insurance

You are required to obtain professional indemnity insurance at a recommended cover level of AUS $10 million (minimum of AUS $1 million) and to maintain such cover during the currency of your Accreditation Deed (Terms and Conditions) with Human Synergistics.

Product Usage

At Human Synergistics we believe mastery of our tools comes from real world experience of their use. For this reason when considering applications for re-accreditation we expect Accredited Practitioners to demonstrate that they have made consistent use of the tools. Specifically the following are the requirements for Product Usage:

LSI 1 & 2 or L/I or M/I - a minimum of 3 per year or a combination of these if accredited in all 3 (GSI will be automatically granted assuming the LSI 1 & 2 requirements have been met)

OCI – a minimum of 1 intervention every two years

OCI/OEI or CSSS – a minimum of 1 intervention every two years

Product Updates

It is vital that all Human Synergistics Accredited Practitioners are up to date with all Human Synergistics products. Whenever there are changes or updates to current products we require all Accredited Practitioners to participate in an update event. These events may include face-to-face sessions as well as online delivery sessions.
