HUMAN SYNERGISTICS NEW ZEALAND
Accredited Practitioners Summit
Queenstown, 1st - 3rd November 2022
After the success of the 2020 Accredited Practitioner Summit, we are excited to announce that we will be doing it again in 2022. We’re heading back to Queenstown!
This year we will be hosting guests at Kamana Lakehouse, with incredible views of the Remarkable Ranges and Lake Wakatipu. Do a google on the place - it’s awesome.
Format
The feedback on our last Summit was great and so we will do something very similar this year. You are all invited to
gather on the Tuesday evening to mix and mingle and get to know one another over a relaxing social hour or two with a standing meal and refreshments. The next morning, we will launch into our two-day programme with some interesting new content (for most).
We will host dinners on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, with a wine tasting lined up pre-dinner on the Wednesday, and plenty of time to wander the town after and enjoy the sights.
Content
This year we will be focusing on High Performance Teams (HPT). An often over-used term, HPT are usually viewed as the domain of sports or single focus teams, rather than business-as-usual teams. Attendance at the AP Summit will count as an accreditation process to use the HPT Framework with your clients and/or in your own organisations.
Woven into the two days we will look at:
- the key domains of focus that create an HPT
- how to measure your team’s perception of its current approach
- how to measure your team’s impact on its internal and external stakeholders
- establishing operating principles to guide HPT
- setting goals that inspire HPT
- leading change to become an HPT
- and much more…
We are also trying to set up a guest speaker or two on contemporary leadership and performance issues. Nothing confirmed yet but watch this space. All programme expenses including lunches and dinners are covered by the participant fee. Travel, accommodation and breakfasts will be paid separately by participants.
Who should attend?
This event is suitable for any Accredited Practitioner looking to upskill and deepen their understanding of HS systems, approaches and tools. It is also a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals.

Summit 2020 Reviews
“After the isolation and working from home during 2020 it was great to get diverse minds physically together to share thinking, experiences and insights. HSNZ created an environment that was engaging, thought provoking and best of all fun as well as sharing some new thinking, tools and technology. Thanks Human Synergistics NZ; you provided just what was needed in your 2020 Summit.” Carolyn Oxley, HR Partners Ltd
“The Accredited Practitioners Summit last year was one of the most enjoyable experiences I had
in 2020. Not only was it a great chance for a break away from all the intensity of work and family
challenges that Covid brought, it was an amazing learning experience. It was great to network with
likeminded professionals, meet new people, catch up with people I hadn’t seen in a long time…we also
learnt about the HS Leadership Impact tool. I’d highly recommend the summit for all AP’s”. Nicole Edridge, Sanitarium
