The Culture Roadmap: How to get from A to B during a culture change
Workshop With Carina Hull and Ged Campbell

Developing culture can be an unfamiliar journey. It can feature a variety of experiences, both pleasant and uncomfortable, that drive culture in a constructive direction (or not). But, much like any journey, a roadmap will help get you where you want to be faster.

During this workshop we will:

  • Understand how culture change initiatives succeed (or fail)
  • Learn how to get other people onside with a culture change
  • Experiment with a ‘culture roadmap’ – a mechanism for getting those people on-board with change

The Future Of Work In The Age Of Artificial Intelligence
Workshop with Darren Levy

We hear plenty of talk about how the robots are ready to steal our jobs and completely change the world we live in. But it’s important to look at what we know about artificial intelligence and what will or won’t change within our organisations.

During this workshop we will:

  • Look at innovative applications of AI in different industries
  • Ask what changes need to be made in the way we organise, govern and collaborate in the age of AI
  • Discuss the principles to abide by if you want your organisation to take full advantage of new technologies like machine learning and AI
  • Look at current practices that need to stop - and the ones that need to begin
  • Discuss the next steps your organisation can take to enter the AI/machine learning world
