About Accreditation

The goal of Accreditation is to build a network of organisational development professionals who use the Human Synergistics® change methodology in a professional and competent way to create organisational transformation. This in turn will help support the realisation of the Human Synergistics® vision of creating large-scale transformations.

The Accreditation programme up-skills professional consultants and in-company Human Resources professionals wishing to use a scientific diagnostic system for producing measurable improvements in individuals, groups and organisations. The programme ensures that all clients that experience the Human Synergistics® methodology can expect a consistent level of service and a quality experience, as a result of the rigour taken in training.
