LSI Conflict™ is a customised version of the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) that helps people analyze and understand whether their thinking and behaviour helps or blocks their ability to deal constructively with conflict situations.

A self-description inventory, LSI Conflict™ paints a picture using the Human Synergistics circumplex to show the individual how he/she responds to conflict situations. Based on the Constructive, Passive/Defensive and Aggressive/Defensive styles, individuals learn how to build effective conflict resolution styles.
