Do you have a great story to share?
We know you are using our tools to make profound changes in the real world. We'd love to hear more about the constructive impact you’ve made in organisations, teams and individuals.
The best examples of this are the ones we’ll share, including full credit to you and / or to your organsation (where relevant). We’ll also publish the strongest stories on our website.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A business case
- What was the performance change the business looked to measure?
- How did the business decide that leadership / culture focused solutions would help lift performance?
- How would you know when you got there?
- Which tools did you use – eg OCI / OEI, LSI, MEPS, the Impact tools?
- How did you use it?
- What was the wider program, the follow up plan?
- Detail on the process eg:
- How many people?
- Over what time frames?
- Workshops or one on one?
- Internally or externally accredited consultants / coaches?
- Test- retest Circumplexes
- Quantifiable business outcomes eg. % profitability increased, engagement increase, turnover reduction, cost of recruitment down
- Organisational performance indicators
- Improvement in relation to any hard, fixed costs within the business
- Logo (if they / you are happy to be identified)
- Who are we crediting? Ie individuals, a company
- Company background – ie industry, size, geographic reach etc
How do you share your story?
The above are guidelines to give you an idea of what to include in each section. We're particularly interested in understanding where you've achieved the outcomes outlined in the original business case.
